St. Mary's Lake

St. Mary's Lake is on the northern end of Salt Spring Island. It is visible from the Vesuvius Bay Road while nearing Central on the way to Ganges. The North End Road that goes north from Central goes right by the east side of St. Mary's Lake. There are cottages along the north and west sides of the lake. The area to the south of the lake is farm land. It is bigger than all the other lakes on the island combined.
